We truly cannot sing enough praises about Ellie. Our wedding day went on without a hitch, all because of her diligence, attention to detail, and dedication to making our day as beautiful as possible. She was the first one to arrive at the venue and the last one to leave. She anticipated any need I had and ensured we always stayed on time without creating stress or chaos. Our vendors (most of whom have been in the business for 10+ years) could not stop telling me how grateful they were for her communication and presence. She was everywhere all at once- decorating, steaming dresses, arranging flowers, lining up family for photos, greeting vendors, putting out fires, and more, all with a SMILE on her face. If we could go back and do it again, the one thing we’d be sure to keep exactly the same is Ellie’s presence. We can’t possibly thank her enough, she made our day an absolute dream.

When many people ask how my wedding day went, they all ask, “did anything big happen?” Each time I was asked this question the answer was always “no.” The reason that I can answer “no” to this question is 100% due to Ellie and all that she did to make sure that the best day of our lives went off with no issues. From the start, Ellie was extremely helpful and supportive with all the ideas that we threw her way. She is very knowledgeable about all things wedding and I placed all my trust in her and she did not disappoint. Ellie was there to help with set up the night before and was at the venue finalizing the small details before we all arrived. I am blown away with how kind, personable, and down to earth Ellie was and for all that she did to make our day so AMAZING!! 10/10 will be recommending Ellie to anyone else getting married, as without her I know our day would not have run so smoothly and it truly allowed me to fully focus on getting married to the love of my life rather than the small details!

Ellie is AMAZING! We brought her on as our Day of Coordinator about a month before our daughter’s wedding and it was the best decision we could have made.
The moment I met her I knew we were in great hands. Her professionalism, caring, and absolute attention to detail came shining through with everything she did (and she did a lot!).
Her fabulous decorating sense, knowledge of how everything should flow, and her expert ability to keep everything and everyone organized and relaxed were an absolute godsend.
Our supposed “go to” person from the venue was basically missing in action for the set up/rehearsal and the day of the wedding. Ellie jumped in and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for the happy couple’s special day!

I can't rave enough about Ellie’s coordinating abilities!! I’d recommend her to everyone. Set up day she stepped right in to help organize and delegate set up. She made sure to create the brides vision and be an advocate to her throughout. The day of, she took tasks from everyone including bride, MOH, mother of the bride, venue staff and assisted in making the day run incredibly smoothly! If there was something that went wrong, we didn’t know because she had it handled and figured out before. Lastly, Ellie is such an outgoing, kind, humorous and friendly soul making having her there a must! It truly felt like she was part of the wedding party. Please, do yourself a favor and just hire her you’ll be so happy you did!
